A CNN commentator said he was left speechless by this poll result

CNN is a left-wing propaganda network totally in the tank for Joe Biden.

But even CNN can’t deny political reality forever.

A CNN commentator said he was left speechless by this poll result.

CNN data analyst stunned by poll numbers for black voters

Black voters are the most loyal voting block in the Democrat Party coalition.

Each election cycle, the Democrat candidate wins around 90 percent of the black vote.

In 2020, Biden beat Trump 87 to 12 percent with black voters.

But the winds are shifting in 2024.

Four years on inflation, crime, and open borders left black voters – especially younger black men – disillusioned with the Democrat Party’s failed promise to improve their lives.

Polls this cycle have consistently shown Trump nearly doubling his percentage with black voters from 2020.

On CNN, data analyst Harry Enten admitted it was time for Democrats to give up hope that the polls are wrong and accept that these are what the numbers are.

“I keep looking for this to change, to go back to a historical norm and it’s, simply put, has not yet,” Enten told host John Berman.

Berman then went through the numbers one by one to describe the depth of the dropoff in black support for Biden.

“In 2020, Joe Biden was getting 86% of the African-American vote. Look at where it is now. It’s 70%, that’s a 16-point drop, John. And more than that, it’s not just that Joe Biden is losing ground, it’s that Donald Trump is gaining ground. You go from 7%, single digits at this point in 2020, to now 21%. And again, John, I keep looking for signs that this is going to go back to normal. And I don’t see it yet in the polling of anything,” Enten added.

CNN viewers don’t like what they are hearing

There was no way to sugar coat the numbers for Biden.

Enten didn’t even try.

“Right now, we’re careening towards a historic performance for Republican presidential candidate, the likes of which we have not seen in six decades,” Enten continued.

Enten said the divide among black voters was age.

Older voters who loyally voted Democrat for decades were willing to look the other way on Joe Biden’s faults.

“Look at black voters age 50 and older and you’ll see, look, Joe Biden was leading amongst this group at this point by 83 points back in 2020. Now, it’s 74 points. So yeah, a slight decline in that margin but nothing out of this world,” Enten stated.

But Enten pointed to voters under the age of 50 and couldn’t contain his shock that Biden’s lead with this age group was more than cut in half with an 80-point margin in 2020, plummeting to 37 points in the most recent polls.

“Look at black voters under the age of 50. Holy cow folks! Holy cow! Look at this, Joe Biden was up by 80 points among this group back at this point in 2020. Look at where that margin has careened down towards; Its now just — get this — 37 points. That lead has dropped by more than half, Mr. Berman,” Enten exclaimed.

Enten wrapped up by saying the only word he could use to describe his reaction to these poll results was “speechless.”

“Oh my, I just never seen anything like this. I’m like speechless because you always look at history and you go, “Okay, this is a historic moment.” If this polling is anywhere near correct, we are looking at a historic moment right now where black voters under the age of 50, which have historically been such a big part of the Democratic coalition, are leaving in droves,” Enten concluded.
