A Communist-Funded Network Just Activated 106 Groups to Shut Down American Ports

The man bankrolling America's most disruptive protest movements just got hit with a federal grand jury investigation.

Now his network is putting that money to work at your ports.

And a Communist-funded network just activated 106 groups to completely shut down American ports.

The Man Behind the Machine

Neville Roy Singham is an American-born tech tycoon living in Shanghai who pumped $285 million into a global network of pro-communist, pro-China organizations after selling his company Thoughtworks for an estimated $785 million in 2017.

His network includes BreakThrough News, the People's Forum, and Tricontinental: Institute for Social Research.

His wife, Jodie Evans, co-founded CodePink.

In June 2026, the DOJ authorized a federal grand jury in Manhattan to issue subpoenas investigating Singham for alleged wire fraud, bank fraud, and money laundering – and Congress backed the probe, with Sen. Jim Banks calling Singham "a traitor to our country."

The movement that money built is not waiting for the investigation to conclude.

Singham-funded BreakThrough News spent last week amplifying the port shutdown, framing it as a heroic labor action while communist organizations across Europe issued declarations calling it a fight against "capitalist barbarism."

Who's Actually Running This

The "No Harbour for Genocide" campaign registered its website in March 2025.

By this week, its port-tracker infrastructure was coordinating simultaneous actions on five continents – Genoa and Livorno in Italy, Piraeus near Athens, Hamburg, Tangier, Veracruz, Marseille, and Oakland.

The organizing framework is the "red-green" alliance – red for the far left, green for the color of Islam – executing a shared strategy across borders.

This week, 13 communist youth organizations from 12 European countries issued a joint declaration explicitly backing the strike, calling for "a socialist-communist society."

The Communist Party of Greece dispatched its members to Greek ports, declaring: "The communists support the strike."

Italy's Network of Communists issued a statement tagged "COMMUNIST NETWORK," backing the action and identifying the task of communists as fighting "capitalist barbarism."

Progressive International – which works closely with Singham-funded organizations and supports the Communist Party of Cuba – launched a strike fund to back participating dockworkers and connected the port campaign to opposition against American and European policies involving Iran, Yemen, Cuba, and Venezuela.

The Palestinian labor connection provided the "green" half of the alliance, with 17 Palestinian labor and professional organizations in the Boycott, Divest and Sanctions movement formally endorsing the shutdown this week.

Oakland's Long History of Doing This

ILWU Local 10 is not a surprise participant.

The San Francisco Bay Area dockworkers union has a documented history of political shutdowns going back decades – shutting down the Port of Oakland in 2003 to protest the Iraq war, shutting down all West Coast ports on May Day 2008, stopping work in solidarity with Wisconsin public sector workers in 2011, refusing to unload Israeli cargo ships in 2010 and 2014, and shutting down Bay Area ports on Juneteenth 2020 over police killings.

On Trump's first inauguration day in 2017, 90 percent of Local 10 rank-and-file members refused to report for work.

It is the institution fulfilling its stated mission.

Why They Moved From Streets to Supply Chains

The organizers call it a labor action.

It is a communist international using American workers as a weapon against American commercial infrastructure.

The same network under federal grand jury investigation for alleged wire fraud, bank fraud, and money laundering is today activating dockworkers at American ports – because protests on streets and campuses were not enough.

They moved to the supply chain because the supply chain hurts.

This is the playbook: if you can't change policy through votes, strangle the economy that makes the policy possible.

The DOJ grand jury in Manhattan is already investigating who funded the network.

The next question is whether anyone in Washington will investigate who gave American dockworkers permission to become instruments of communist foreign policy – and whether ILWU Local 10 will finally face consequences for what it has been doing, openly, for decades.
