A Fox News host shut down Dan Crenshaw after he told this huge lie about Russia’s war in Ukraine

Texas Congressman Dan Crenshaw continues to audition for his role as the new Lindsey Graham or John McCain.

That’s not working out well for him.

And now a Fox News host shut down Dan Crenshaw after he told this huge lie about Russia’s war in Ukraine.

Texas Congressman Dan Crenshaw is one of the loudest voices in Congress calling for escalating the war with Russia.

Vladimir Putin has made it clear that he is willing to use nuclear weapons in a conflict between NATO and Russia.

It is incumbent upon American leaders to avoid that disaster.

Appearing on Fox & Friends, Crenshaw argued America should escalate military aid to Ukraine, such as allowing Poland to transfer MiG-29 fighters into the country.

“I don’t care what Putin says. I didn’t realize Putin was our national security adviser,” Crenshaw started.

“And of course he’s going to bully you into not doing that. How do we not know his formula by now? He goes outside the bounds of norms, then he claims victimization when people react, and then he uses that victimization to pursue more aggression. This is how Putin acts and we need to stop falling for it, I don’t care if it’s provocation.”

Crenshaw then argued back and forth with host Rachel Campos-Duffy, who stated that Crenshaw and others were trying to shut down debate by claiming anyone who argued against the rush to war with Russia was a traitor or repeating Russian propaganda.

“Congressman, I just want to make a point,” Campos-Duffy chimed in.

“I appreciate your perspective, but since you did say that it’s repeating Russian talking points, I’m just going to have to push back. I’m not repeating Russian talking points, and I think I represent the way a lot of the conservatives feel. I don’t think they’re repeating Russian talking points.”

Campos-Duffy added that many conservatives – such as Tucker Carlson – pointed out the downside to Joe Biden’s handling of this situation.

Sanctions pushed Russia closer to Communist China, and calls for a no-fly zone or increasing offensive weapons shipments to Ukraine could lead to a catastrophe where Russia fires on NATO territory or assets, which would be the beginning of World War III.
