George Soros and the Left had a backup plan to stop Donald Trump from winning the White House.

But Soros’ schemes are going up in smoke.

A judge just crushed George Soros by handing Trump this huge 2024 win.

Democrats can see that Joe Biden is trailing Donald Trump in the polls.

But the Left is so terrified that Trump will win that they want to remove the decision of who will be the next President from the hands of the American people entirely.

Left-wing activist groups – including those funded by Soros – filed a series of lawsuits in blue states using the fringe legal theory that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment disqualified Trump from being President and thus he couldn’t appear on the ballot.

This screwball argument derived from language in Section 3 claiming anyone who engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the government couldn’t hold office or be electors for President and Vice President.

However, the text of the 14th Amendment only extends this ban to Congress and state offices.

And it doesn’t say who enforces it.

The left-wing groups claimed the ban was self-executing and state election officials could just remove Trump’s name from the ballot on a whim.

Thankfully, judges in Minnesota and New Hampshire rejected this malarkey, realizing the Left was asking for nothing less than the end of the republic by allowing partisan election officials to take away the right of the people to choose their leaders.

Michigan Court of Claims Judge James Redford became the latest judge to reject this nonsensical argument by throwing out a suit to ban Trump from the state’s Primary ballot.

Redford wrote that it would take an act of Congress to remove Trump from the ballot, saying deciding if “a rebellion or insurrection and whether or not someone participated in it” should be left up to the people’s elected representatives and not “one single judicial officer.”

Redford wrote that judges “cannot in any manner or form possibly embody the represented qualities of every citizen of the nation — as does the House of Representatives and the Senate.”

Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung celebrated the decision and blasted liberal groups for trying to burn down American democracy out of fear that Trump will win in 2024.

“Each and every one of these ridiculous cases has LOST because they are all un-Constitutional left-wing fantasies orchestrated by monied allies of the Biden campaign seeking to turn the election over to the courts and deny the American people the right to choose their next president,” Cheung declared.
