Sports are the latest institution the woke left is trying to take over.

But the social justice warriors are facing surprising pushback.

And now a Super Bowl champion said one word that will reduce the woke mob to tears.

Polls show that 70 percent of Americans oppose allowing biological males to play in women’s sports.

The recent examples of University of Pennsylvania swimmer and biological male Lia Thomas leaving her female opponents the dust during swim meets or a male powerlifter lifting 400 pounds more than his nearest female competitor show how absurd the idea of men playing women’s sports is in practice.

The Left is making biological males competing in women’s sports their hill to die on.

However, there is a surprising development in this case.

Prominent athletes are speaking out.

Normally, celebrities would hesitate to oppose a woke political crusade because the cancel mob would swarm them on social media and threaten companies they have endorsement deals with.

But that reluctance is out the window as the absurdity of biological males competing in women’s sports sets in.

Former tight end Rob Gronkowski won four Super Bowls playing with the New England Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

“Gronks”—as he was known during his playing days—developed as the go-to receiver for legendary quarterback Tom Brady and cultivated an image as a throwback to the days of tough man football.

The Daily Caller spotted Gronkowski on Capitol Hill and asked the future Hall of Famer if he thought men should be playing women’s sports.

Gronkowski seemed stunned by the question and the Daily Caller reporter repeated the question.

At that point Gronkowski emphatically shook his head and said “no.”

This seems like it should be common sense.

There are obvious biological differences between men and women where men are simply bigger, faster, and stronger.

Any athletic competition between men and women is obviously unfair and tilted towards men.

But the Left’s cult of gender identity insanity is trying to gaslight the American people into ignoring the obvious.
