A top Democrat quit the Party for a reason that no one saw coming

Democrats are in disarray.

The latest crisis occurred before the Midterm elections.

And a top Democrat quit the Party for a reason that no one saw coming.

Former Hawaii Congresswoman and 2020 Democrat Presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard posted a video to her social media announcing she was leaving the Party.

Gabbard slammed Democrats as woke warmongers that push racial division, anti-white racism, and are sleepwalking America towards nuclear war with Russia.

“I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party that is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue & stoke anti-white racism,” Gabbard stated.

Gabbard warned that today’s Democrat Party is subservient to the desires of the elites who control media, financial, technology, academic, and corporate institutions.

“I believe in a government that is of the people, by the people and for the people. Unfortunately, today’s Democratic Party does not. Instead, it stands for a government that is of, by, and for the powerful elite,” Gabbard added. “I’m calling on my fellow common sense, independent-minded Democrats to join me in leaving the Democratic Party.”

When Gabbard was in Congress, she refused to endorse Hillary Clinton’s 2016 Presidential campaign, citing her plan to start World War III with Russia over Syria.

Clinton then spent years after the election falsely claiming Gabbard was a Russian spy and part of the fictional plot her team fabricated to say Russia stole the 2016 election for Donald Trump.

Before Gabbard left Congress, she co-sponsored legislation banning biological males from playing in women’s sports.

Gabbard’s also been a harsh critic of the Left’s turn towards woke identity politics and online censorship.

Some speculate that Gabbard leaving the Democrat Party is a precursor to Donald Trump selecting her as his running mate should he win the 2024 GOP Presidential nomination.

Trump and Gabbard both agree on an America First foreign policy and anti-woke agenda.

But would Republicans accept a former Democrat as the next in line to Trump?
