Hillary Clinton is preparing to run for President in 2024.
It’s no longer a secret.
And this top Democrat’s refusal to say one word left Hillary Clinton shaking her head.
Hillary Clinton is trying to refashion herself as a Bill Clinton-style triangulator ahead of the 2024 election.
After the Party lost three straight Presidential elections in 1980, 1984, and 1988 for lurching too far to the Left, Bill Clinton won in 1992 by promising to be a new Democrat.
Hillary Clinton laid out her gameplan in an interview with the Financial Times, where she took on the proliferation of woke ideology in the Democrat Party and said the Left’s promotion of transgenderism was hurting the Party’s chances to win elections.
“I think that it is a time for some careful thinking about what wins elections, and not just in deep-Blue districts where a Democrat and a liberal Democrat, or so-called progressive Democrat, is going to win,” Clinton told the Financial Times. “I understand why people want to argue for their priorities. That’s what they believe they were elected to do.”
Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer did not get the memo.
Even though Governor Whitmer faces one of the most difficult re-election campaigns in the country, she still leaned in 100 percent to the Left’s insanity on gender.
A law on the books in Michigan automatically bans abortion if the Supreme Court strikes down Roe v. Wade.
During a Zoom call, Whitmer spoke about the matter but refused to say only women can get pregnant.
“What should we expect — this is a scary one —what should we expect if the reproductive freedom proposal fails? Are you able to protect reproductive rights without that proposal passing if Roe v. Wade fails? What can voters do to help preserve our freedom of choice?” Michigan Democratic Party’s voter protection director Erica Peresman asked Governor Whitmer.
Governor Whitmer responded by stating she already filed a lawsuit on behalf of “menstruating people” in Michigan.
“So we saw where we thought Dobbs was going to be headed, and this was prior to the draft opinion coming out publicly,” Governor Whitmer began. “So we looked at all the tools that I have as Governor and determined a couple of unique things I can do.”
“Number one: I have the Constitutional ability to bring a lawsuit to protect Constitutional rights of the people of Michigan. So I brought a lawsuit on behalf of all the menstruating people in Michigan — 2.2 million. And another tool I have is to go straight to our state Supreme Court,” Governor Whitmer concluded.
Democrats alienated working class Hispanic and Asian voters by speaking the shibboleths of woke ideology.
Governor Whitmer speaking of “menstruating people” – as if men can get pregnant – repulsed everyday Americans of all races who view leftists as crazy people for not being able to admit the simple truth that men can’t get pregnant.
