A top Fox News star just insulted Kyle Rittenhouse in this terrible way

The corporate media piled on Kyle Rittenhouse from day one.

Rittenhouse is not even safe from ridicule at Fox News.

And a top Fox News star just insulted Kyle Rittenhouse in this terrible way.

The Five co-host Geraldo Rivera has been one of the loudest voices at Fox News attacking Rittenhouse as a vigilante.

On Tuesday’s broadcast of The Five, Rivera claimed it was outrageous how many Americans supported Rittenhouse’s claim of self-defense and added that Rittenhouse “watched too many Rambo movies.”

“I personally feel that he has been lionized way over the top,” Rivera started. “He has been portrayed by half this country as a heroic youngster fighting for his community. I don’t believe that at all. I think he watched too many Rambo movies.”

It’s likely the 17-year-old Rittenhouse never watched any Rambo movies as most of them came out in the 1980s, long before Rittenhouse was born.

But that comment was par for the course for the media in the Rittenhouse case that smeared the 17-year-old as a “vigilante” from day one.

In reality, Rittenhouse’s family members lived in Kenosha and Rittenhouse just wanted to protect businesses from destruction by Black Lives Matter rioters and looters.

Rittenhouse also did not carry a rifle across state lines as so many in the media claimed.

The rifle Rittenhouse carried that night was stored at a friend’s house in Kenosha.

Rittenhouse also legally carried the firearm as the judge tossed out the charge against Rittenhouse for illegally carrying a firearm under the age of 18 because 17 year-olds are allowed to carry rifles in Wisconsin as long as they are not short barreled rifles.

However, despite Rivera’s incessant criticism of Rittenhouse, Rivera did acknowledge the reality of the facts of the case as well as the law in Wisconsin and admitted that the jury should acquit Rittenhouse.

“Well, I think the verdict should, if the jurors stick to the law, result in an acquittal,” Rivera stated. “I think once they drop the less serious charges that made the possibility of a clean sweep more likely. Why? Because self-defense is so powerful, in Wisconsin particularly.”
