A top Republican threatened Donald Trump with criminal indictment following one blow up

Establishment Republicans have been waiting for this moment for four years.

These swamp-aligned RINOs have looked for any chance to get rid of President Trump.

And now this top Republican threatened Donald Trump with criminal indictment following one blow up.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger double-crossed President Trump by secretly recording the audio of a phone conversation the two had and then leaking it to the Fake News Media.

A Washington Post story then falsely claimed that President Trump tried to bully Raffensperger into stealing the election for the President by fabricating 11,780 Trump votes.

The following day, Raffensperger took a victory lap on a media tour where liberal anchors handed him a hero’s welcome.

On ABC’s Good Morning America, Raffensperger declared that President Trump could face criminal charges as some Democrat lawyers argued the President solicited election fraud.

Raffensperger told host George Stephanopoulos that because he previously discussed election matters with President Trump, his office had a conflict of interest and could not investigate the President.

“I believe that because I had a conversation with the president, also he had a conversation with our chief investigator after we did the signature match audit of Cobb county last week, there may be a conflict of interest,” Raffensperger explained.

But the RINO Raffensperger did add that the Democrat district attorney in Fulton County might be more than willing to indict President Trump if Trump leaves office on January 20.

“I understand that the Fulton County District Attorney wants to look at it. Maybe that’s the appropriate venue for it to go,” Raffensperger added.

Raffensperger seems intent on trying to burn down the entire Republican Party on his way out the door.

Not only did he engineer an underhanded leak to hurt the President as well as Republicans’ chances of winning two critical Senate runoff races in Georgia, but now he is suggesting that the President of the United States may belong in jail.
