Adam Schiff just got caught telling this one huge lie about January 6

Adam Schiff is a star member of Nancy Pelosi’s January 6 Committee.

But Adam Schiff is up to his old tricks.

And Adam Schiff just got caught telling this one huge lie about January 6.

During Nancy Pelosi’s first impeachment hoax, Adam Schiff faked the transcript of a call between Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Even though an actual transcript of the phone call existed, Schiff read an imaginary version of their call during one of the hoax impeachment hearings.

And now that Schiff is on Pelosi’s January 6 Select Committee, he just got caught doctoring another conversation.

The Committee selectively sent text messages from Mark Meadows they knew would feed the corporate media lie that January 6 was an insurrection planned and coordinated by Donald Trump in order to overthrow American democracy.

Schiff read one text message a Republican lawmaker sent to Mark Meadows in January purportedly telling him to have Mike Pence throw out Electoral College votes from states where Trump claimed fraud occurred.

“On January 6, 2021, Vice President Mike Pence, as President of the Senate, should call out all the electoral votes that he believes are unconstitutional as no electoral votes at all,” Schiff claimed the message read.

But Ohio Republican Congressman Jim Jordan caught Adam Schiff doctoring the text message.

The text was actually Jordan forwarding a message from Washington attorney and former Department of Defense Inspector General Joseph Schmitz, who attached a four-page legal analysis of what he thought Mike Pence could do on January 6.

The text message actually read:

On January 6, 2021, Vice President Mike Pence, as President of the Senate, should call out all the electoral votes that he believes are unconstitutional as no electoral votes at all — in accordance with guidance from founding father Alexander Hamilton and judicial precedence.

‘No legislative act,’ wrote Alexander Hamilton in Federalist No. 78, ‘contrary to the Constitution, can be valid.’ The court in Hubbard v. Lowe reinforced this truth: ‘That an unconstitutional statute is not a law at all is a proposition no longer open to discussion.’ 226 F. 135, 137 (SDNY 1915), appeal dismissed, 242 U.S. 654 (1916).

Following this rationale, an unconstitutionally appointed elector, like an unconstitutionally enacted statute, is no elector at all.

The point of the January 6 Committee is clearly not to find out the truth and present the facts of what actually happened that day.

Instead, Nancy Pelosi created the January 6 Committee because Democrats think their best chance to retain power in 2022 is lying about Republicans being an anti-democratic party of sedition.
