Adam Schiff was caught in another lie that just threw impeachment into chaos

As the impeachment hoax wears on, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff continues to self-destruct.

Schiff is pulling out all the stops to win a conviction, but his efforts are blowing up in the Democrats’ faces.

And now Adam Schiff was caught in another lie that just threw impeachment into chaos.

Adam Schiff thought he uncovered a smoking gun in the form of text messages, emails, and documents obtained from the iPhone of indicted Rudy Giuliani associate Lev Parnas.

Schiff released a letter to the House Judiciary Committee to enter into evidence in the impeachment trial that summarized a text message conversation between Parnas and Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani.

In the letter, Schiff claimed Parnas pushed to get a meeting with Ukrainian President Zelensky by asking Giuliani if he was “trying to get us Mr. Z.”

But Schiff was lying.

The text message exchange between Parnas and Giuliani shows the two were discussing Parnas’s notes from an interview with Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky.

Once again, Schiff was caught fabricating evidence against the President.

Democrats tried to downplay Schiff’s falsehood claiming this didn’t change any of the underlying facts of the case.

Republicans strongly disagreed.

“The most charitable view of the situation is that [Schiff’s] staff committed the equivalent of Congressional malpractice by not looking more than an inch deep to determine the facts before foisting this erroneous information on his colleagues and the American public,” one GOP aide told POLITICO.

“But given the selective redactions and contextual clues, it seems as though Chairman Schiff sought to portray an innocuous meeting with Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky as an insidious one with the President of Ukraine simply because both of their surnames start with the letter ‘Z,’” the aide concluded.

This is the not the first time Schiff fabricated evidence against the President.

During the Russian collusion hoax Schiff routinely appeared on fake news CNN and MSNBC claiming to have evidence that proved the Trump campaign coordinated with Moscow.

Schiff never produced this evidence because it didn’t exist.

When the impeachment hoax began, Schiff fabricated the contents of a conversation between President Trump and President Zelensky.

Schiff put words in the President’s mouth by imagining what Trump told Zelenksy despite the President taking the unprecedented step of releasing the transcript of his call with the Ukrainian President.

Given Schiff’s checkered past and strained relationship with the truth it is impossible for Americans to believe Schiff made an honest mistake.

Instead, critics contend Schiff was caught red-handed once again trying to plant fake evidence against the President.
