All hell broke loose when Donald Trump won this massive victory over the FBI

The FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago continues to backfire on Joe Biden.

Trump won the first big legal battle in this case.

And all hell broke loose when Donald Trump won this massive victory over the FBI.

Left-wing legal analysts mocked Donald Trump’s court filing to appoint a Special Master to sort out any documents seized by the FBI to remove anything covered by his claim of executive privilege.

Contrary to the claims made by left-leaning legal “experts” on cable news and social media, the issue of a former President’s ability to assert executive privilege has not been fully litigated.

And Judge Aileen Cannon ruled that since the issue is not settled, Joe Biden’s prosecutors tainted the investigation by using materials they may not be legally entitled to access.

In her ruling, Judge Cannon called out the political nature of the Biden administration authorizing a raid on the home of the man polls show has the strongest chance of winning the GOP’s 2024 Presidential nomination.

“The Government implies that additional independent review for attorney-client privilege, such as by a Special Master, is appropriate only when a search of a law firm occurred. Whatever the extent of this argument, it fails decisively here. True, Special Masters ordinarily arise in the more traditional setting of law firms and attorneys’ offices. But the Court does not see why these concerns would not apply, at least to a considerable degree, to the office and home of a former president. Moreover, at least one other court has authorized additional independent review for attorney-client privilege outside of the law firm context, in politicized circumstances,” Judge Cannon stated.

Judge Cannon also paused the investigation because of the reality that the Biden administration could selectively give information to the press in order to smear Trump.

“In addition to being deprived of potentially significant personal documents, which alone creates a real harm, Plaintiff faces an unquantifiable potential harm by way of improper disclosure of sensitive information to the public,” Judge Cannon continued.

Of course, this already happened with the Washington Post publishing a false story based on leaks from Deep State agents that Donald Trump was in possession of America’s most closely guarded nuclear weapons secrets.

But this ruling was a major win for Donald Trump in court.

It could potentially cripple the investigation into Trump and set a landmark precedent about the extent of executive privilege.
