All hell broke loose when Joe Biden saw post-debate polls

The debate was a disaster for Joe Biden.

But that was just the beginning of the bad news.

And now all hell broke loose when Joe Biden saw post-debate polls.

Polls show debate moved voters to Trump

Pollster Frank Luntz said his focus group of 14 undecided voters from seven swing states foretold a fiasco for Joe Biden and the Democrat Party.

“My focus group all came in undecided from swing states, 12 of the 14 swung to Donald Trump. Only one to Joe Biden,” Luntz declared.

Luntz’s focus group foreshadowed a bigger national swing.

A new Data for Progress poll – a left-leaning polling group – showed Trump up three on Biden.

And if Democrats had any hope another candidate could ride to the rescue, they were sorely mistaken.

Every other possible replacement still lost to Donald Trump.

Joe Biden staying in the race

There was speculation that a secret Biden family meeting would lead to Joe Biden dropping out of the race.

“President Joe Biden is expected to discuss the future of his re-election campaign with family at Camp David on Sunday, following a nationally televised debate Thursday that left many fellow Democrats worried about his ability to beat former President Donald Trump in November, according to five people familiar with the matter,” an exclusive NBC News report read.

That turned out not to be the case as the family urged Joe Biden to stay in the race.

President Biden’s family is urging him to stay in the race and keep fighting despite last week’s disastrous debate performance, even as some members of his clan privately expressed exasperation at how he was prepared for the event by his staff, people close to the situation said on Sunday,” The New York Times reported.

Hunter Biden was reportedly key to this decision.

“One of the strongest voices imploring Mr. Biden to resist pressure to drop out was his son Hunter Biden, whom the president has long leaned on for advice, said one of the people informed about the discussions, who, like others, spoke on condition of anonymity to share internal deliberations. Hunter Biden wants Americans to see the version of his father that he knows — scrappy and in command of the facts — rather than the stumbling, aging president Americans saw on Thursday night,” The Times exclusively reported.

Democrats’ dreams of picking a new candidate look like they just went up in smoke.

But that also means any chance of winning the election may have as well.
