An army veteran went on TV and shredded Joe Biden with this epic takedown

Joe Biden doesn’t have many friends right now.

Even MSNBC turned on him.

And an army veteran went on TV and shredded Joe Biden with this epic takedown.

U.S. Army veteran Matt Zeller served in Afghanistan.

Zeller appeared on MSNBC after Biden’s big speech on Afghanistan where Biden ducked blame for the failure to properly execute the withdrawal of American troops.

Host Brian Williams tried to defend Biden by falsely claiming that Biden owned this failure.

That comment set Zeller off, who told MSNBC’s audience he was “appalled” by Biden’s speech and called out Biden for lying to the American people when he said that his administration planned for every contingency.

“I feel like I watched a different speech than the rest of you guys. I was appalled. There was such a profound bold-faced lie in that speech. The idea we planned for every contingency? I have been personally trying to tell this administration since it took office. I have been trying to tell our government for years this was coming. We sent them plan after plan on how to evacuate these people. Nobody listened to us,” Zeller stated.

It was clear the administration did not plan for the Taliban to take over Afghanistan in one weekend as the administration had no plan in place to evacuate the 10,000 American citizens still in the country or the Afghans who assisted the U.S. military effort.

The Taliban are now hunting for both groups with the intention of staging mass executions.

“We made these people a promise. The Taliban are now actively killing them, and if we don’t take them they’re going to die. That’s the thing is we have the means to do this. We have just simply lacked this entire time the conviction to do the right thing,” Zeller added.

Zeller added that the failure of the Biden administration to plan for the withdrawal and lie to the people about the circumstances on the ground in Afghanistan was a moral stain on the country.

“I can’t forgive myself and I’ll never forgive my country for doing this. I know exactly what every Vietnam veteran has been warning me about now. I’m going to live with the moral injury for the rest of my life,” Zeller said.
