American universities have spent decades paying professors to argue the Bible is legend.
Now something from the time of Jesus just came out of the ground – and it survived 2,000 years intact.
And this 25-ton stone bath archaeologists just lifted out of Israeli soil proves the Bible right.
A Lost Settlement Nobody Knew Existed
Israeli archaeologists recently extracted a Second Temple-period mikveh – a Jewish ritual purification bath – from Kiryat Gat, a city roughly 35 miles southwest of Jerusalem.
It survived two millennia underground without crumbling, and a massive crane had to lift it whole from the excavation site.
The Israel Antiquities Authority confirmed what makes this discovery genuinely stunning: the mikveh proves that a previously unknown Jewish settlement existed in that area 2,000 years ago.
Nobody knew it was there.

Archaeologists also pulled stone measuring vessels from the same site.
Jewish law of the period held that stone containers could not absorb ritual impurity – which is why observant families used them exclusively.
Their presence alongside the bath confirms this was a functioning religious community, living out their faith in precise detail, right around the time Jesus walked the same landscape.
The Stones Are Proving Skeptics Wrong
D'Souza spent three years researching biblical archaeology for his new book, The Stones Cry Out: Biblical Archaeology, Prophecy, and the Last Days, which releases October 13 from Charisma House.
He told Fox News Digital that discoveries like this mikveh do something academics can't suppress: they make the biblical world tangible.
"It gives you a vivid picture," D'Souza said. "In some ways, it brings the Bible to life, both the Old Testament and the New, because this mikveh reflects the times right around the time of Jesus."
He added: "This is confirming, describing, illuminating the world of the Bible. That's one of the things that biblical archaeology can do. It can authenticate the historicity of the Bible – not the theology, not the miracles, but the historicity of it."
That distinction is the whole ballgame.
He's not asking anyone to accept a miracle on faith – he's pointing at physical objects that match, in precise detail, what the Bible describes.
The Pool of Siloam – where Jesus healed a blind man according to the Gospel of John – was dismissed by skeptics for generations.
Then archaeologists found it.
Now D'Souza has stood on its steps.
"The Pool of Siloam connects to the temple by the Pilgrimage Road, a road on which almost certainly Jesus walked," he said.
Why This Discovery Belongs in Every American Church
The Left wants you to think Christianity is a fairy tale.
They've spent decades funding university departments dedicated to that project – professors publishing papers arguing the Exodus never happened, that King David was a myth, that the Gospels were written by political operatives.
Every major skeptical claim has run into a wall of stone.

The "House of David" was supposedly legend – then the Tel Dan Stele came out of the ground in 1993 with those exact words carved into it by Israel's enemies.
The high priest Caiaphas – the man who handed Jesus over for crucifixion – was supposedly a character invented by Gospel writers.
Then his burial ossuary surfaced in Jerusalem with his name on it.
The Kiryat Gat mikveh follows the same pattern: a detail of ancient Jewish life that matches the biblical world exactly, dug up by secular archaeologists who weren't looking to prove anything.
D'Souza made the larger point to Fox News Digital directly.
"Western civilization and America are based on the sort of anchors or twin pillars of Athens and Jerusalem," he said. "To me, the archaeology of Jerusalem is supporting that Jerusalem pillar of Athens and Jerusalem."
This isn't just a story about Israel – it's a story about the foundation of everything America was built on, and that foundation keeps proving itself true every time someone puts a shovel in the ground.
The Media Has Buried This Story for 150 Years
Here's what nobody in the press will tell you: in 150-plus years of systematic excavation across the Middle East, with thousands of secular academics motivated to find the one discovery that settles the debate – they haven't found it.
Not one artifact has disproved the Bible.
Instead they keep finding mikvehs and inscriptions with biblical names and evidence of the exact practices Scripture describes.
The Kiryat Gat mikveh isn't evidence for a miracle – D'Souza is clear about that distinction.
It's evidence that the world the Bible describes was real: real people, real faith, real settlements, lived out in stone and water 2,000 years ago.
The same academic Left funding Bible-skeptic research departments also spent the last four years pushing gender ideology through the Pentagon and into grade school curricula – it's the same project, aimed at the same target.
While they were doing that, the ground under Israel was quietly producing evidence that the faith they want to erase is built on bedrock that goes deeper than any of them can reach.
