Bill Maher Just Admitted Something About Donald Trump That Has Democrats Losing Their Minds

Democrats spent four years insisting Donald Trump was a fascist who would destroy America.

Now their own comedian is on HBO telling millions of viewers something happened under Donald Trump that hasn't happened since Dwight Eisenhower was president.

And BIll Maher just admitted something about Donald Trump that has Democrats losing their minds.

The Numbers the Mainstream Media Buried

Homicides in America dropped 18.1% in 2025 – the lowest murder rate since 1956, according to the FBI.

Overall violent crime fell 9.3% in a single year.

Robberies dropped 18.5%.

Motor vehicle theft collapsed 22.7%.

Property crime fell 12.4%.

Karoline Leavitt stood at the White House podium and said it plainly: murder rates across America's largest cities hit their lowest point since at least 1900 – the largest single-year drop in recorded American history.

CNN didn't lead with that.

The New York Times buried it.

But Bill Maher – a man who has spent years calling Trump a con man and a mafia boss – walked out on his Real Time stage and said what every conservative already knew.

"It's childish," Maher said, "to pretend that when you elect a f**k-around-and-find-out president… that's not going to have some effect on crime."

He said Trump held UFC fights on the White House lawn and added: "I think the bad guys got the message."

What Trump Actually Did

The White House numbers are staggering.

Nearly three million illegal aliens left the United States – including over 675,000 deportations, more than 400,000 of whom had been charged with or convicted of crimes.

Fentanyl trafficking at the southern border was cut 56% in 2025 compared to the previous year.

Border Patrol apprehensions dropped 94% from their Biden-era peak.

ICE prioritized "worst first" – targeting criminals convicted of homicide, gang activity, and drug trafficking.

MS-13 members.

Tren de Aragua gang members.

Violent predators the Biden administration had waved through the front door.

Gone.

Maher acknowledged the border enforcement directly, saying that closing the border, deporting criminals, and disrupting cartel supply chains all worked.

And it wasn't just murder and robbery.

Maher rattled off the drug death numbers on live television – fentanyl deaths down 55% from their peak, cocaine down 37%, heroin down 89%.

Eighty-nine percent.

That's not a policy adjustment.

That's a collapse of the supply chain that was killing Americans in record numbers under Biden.

The Part Democrats Cannot Explain

Here is what makes this moment so devastating for the Left.

Democrats spent the Biden years telling you crime had nothing to do with the border.

Illegal immigration and public safety were separate issues, they said.

Anyone who connected them was a racist.

Now the numbers prove otherwise, and even their own comedian won't defend the lie.

For nine straight months, not a single illegal alien was released into the American interior – ending the catch-and-release disaster Biden ran for four years.

In Colorado alone, ICE arrests jumped nearly 300% compared to 2024 – and homicide rates in those same communities fell sharply.

The FBI confirmed the national numbers.

The Council on Criminal Justice confirmed the trend. And Bill Maher confirmed the politics on national television.

Trump didn't just change policy.

He changed the psychology of crime in America.

When criminals believe there are no consequences, crime goes up.

When they believe a president will hunt them down and remove them from the country, crime goes down.

Your grandfather understood that.

Democrats forgot it – or decided it was inconvenient.

Maher was right about one thing: it's childish to pretend otherwise.

The 75-year-low murder rate is the receipt.
