Black Lives Matter protests plunged American cities into lawless chaos.
But some leaders have had enough.
And Black Lives Matter crossed a big line that led to this military confrontation.
Violent criminals owned the streets of Atlanta over the Fourth of July weekend.
Protestors took over the area surrounding the Wendy’s where a police officer shot Rayshard Brooks after Brooks attacked him, stole his taser, and fired it at the officer’s head.
But this lawless autonomous zone came to an end after gunmen shot an eight-year-old girl during the holiday weekend.
Unlike Democrat Mayors and Governors, Georgia’s Republican Governor Brian Kemp took action calling in 1,000 National Guard troops to protect state buildings to free up police officers to restore order to the streets.
“Peaceful protests were hijacked by criminals with a dangerous, destructive agenda,” Governor Kemp stated. “Now, innocent Georgians are being targeted, shot, and left for dead.”
“This lawlessness must be stopped and order restored in our capital city,” Governor Kemp added. “Enough with the tough talk.”
Violence and death swept across Democrat cities over the Fourth of July weekend.
Atlanta saw over 20 shot and five killed.
In Chicago there were 67 shooting victims.
And in New York City at least nine people died in shootings.
Democrat Mayors and other elected officials demonized the police and law enforcement pulled back not wanting to initiate possible conflicts by clearing out violent Black Lives Matter protesters.
Black Lives Matter wants to defund and eliminate the police. They got their wish as Democrat officials sent the signal that police officers should retreat from their duty.
The end result was a holiday weekend of bloodshed and death in Democrat-run cities in every region of the country.
