Democrats are slamming the panic button after seeing this shocking new poll

For two years Democrats comforted themselves with the idea that Donald Trump was unelectable.

Liberals thought the January 6 Committee and criminal indictments permanently disqualified Trump in the eyes of voters.

But now Democrats are slamming the panic button after seeing this shocking new poll.

Joe Biden’s top allies in the Democrat Party are in total crisis mode over the state of the 2024 race.

Two years’ worth of delusions imploded as multiple polls from Fox News, the Wall Street Journal, and CNN all showed Trump holding onto a slight lead over Joe Biden.

CNN reported on the panic behind the scenes in the Democrat Party as top officials came to the realization that Trump could win re-election.

“President Joe Biden’s aides privately acknowledge a rematch with Donald Trump in 2024 could be his best path to reelection, but they are terrified by what would happen if he lost — which operatives on his campaign and throughout the Democratic Party worry is a very real possibility,” CNN’s report read.

Democrats never had any great love for Joe Biden when the party nominated him in 2020.

Liberals reluctantly fell in line believing Biden to be the strongest candidate to run against Trump.

That lack of enthusiasm is eroding support for Biden now that Americans see he is a failed President who created the border crisis and sparked the runaway inflation that is making their lives worse.

“It’s not just that voters continue to say Biden is too old or maybe not up to the job, though that keeps coming up in Democrats’ focus groups. It’s a malaise about the president that operatives keep noting that goes beyond a slew of national polls—including one from CNN last week—that show a negative view of the president’s performance,” CNN added.

And despite whatever Democrats say in public, in private they are losing their minds over the polling data.

“Several Biden aides themselves tell CNN that looking at Trump’s wide lead in every primary poll—and no clear leader in a hypothetical Biden-Trump rematch—leaves them with a particular kind of existential stress,” CNN also reported.

When it rains it pours.

On the heels of this report, Reuters released new polling data showing Trump leading Joe Biden by six points in the seven states that will decide the winner of the 2024 election.

“The states that had the narrowest margin of victory for either candidate last cycle were Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, with Biden winning all but North Carolina. Across those key swing states, Trump is ahead of Biden 41% to 35%, and 24% of voters remain undecided, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll,” a Daily Caller report read.

Reuters polling data showed the possibility that Trump could win a smashing re-election win.

And what they are seeing has them at Defcon 1 level panic over Trump’s chances of victory.
