Democrats dropped an October surprise on Herschel Walker that no one saw coming

Trump-backed candidate Herschel Walker is running in one of the most competitive races in America.

Polls showed a tossup race.

But now Democrats dropped an October surprise on Herschel Walker that no one saw coming.

The Georgia Senate seat held by Democrat Raphael Warnock is pivotal to both Party’s electoral strategies.

There are multiple polls showing both Warnock and Walker in the lead.

It’s likely that whichever Party wins this race will control the majority in the U.S. Senate.

In the closing weeks of any election, the Left can always count on the corporate-controlled media to pitch in and drop “bombshell” stories on GOP candidates with the hope of handing the election to Democrats.

On Monday, the Daily Beast did just that by publishing a story quoting an unnamed woman, who happens to be a registered Democrat, claiming Walker paid her $700 to have an abortion back in 2009.

The Daily Beast reports:

A woman who asked not to be identified out of privacy concerns told The Daily Beast that, after she and Walker conceived a child while they were dating in 2009, he urged her to get an abortion. The woman said she had the procedure and that Walker reimbursed her for it.

She supported these claims with a $575 receipt from the abortion clinic, a “get well” card from Walker, and a bank deposit receipt that included an image of a signed $700 personal check from Walker.

The Daily Beast is a partisan left-wing outlet with a history of reporting false stories.

Herschel Walker immediately released a statement denying the story in the strongest possible terms as a “flat-out lie.”

Walker repeated this denial on Sean Hannity’s show and warned that Democrats fabricated this scandal to distract from Joe Biden’s failures on crime, immigration, and inflation.

“I can tell you right now, I never asked anyone to get an abortion. I never paid for an abortion, and it’s a lie. … They’ve jeopardized my kids. They’ve jeopardized my family. They think they can threaten me. They think they can scare me. Right now, all that’s done is that’s energized me even more,” Walker declared.
