Donald Trump delivered one jaw-dropping response to an ultimatum about the border

When Donald Trump was President, he made securing the border his number one priority.

Joe Biden opened the border to an historic flood of illegal aliens.

And now Donald Trump delivered one jaw-dropping response to an ultimatum about the border.

Donald Trump responds to demands by the President of Mexico

In an interview on CBS’ 60 Minutes Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador issued an ultimatum that he would allow the flow of illegal aliens to continue to pass through his country into the United States unless Joe Biden ponied up $20 billion in taxpayer money, ended sanctions on communist governments in Venezuela and Cuba, and granted amnesty to the tens of millions of illegal aliens in the United States.

Fox News host Brian Kilmeade asked Donald Trump how he would respond to these demands if he were President of the United States.

“On 60 Minutes, the President of Mexico says, ‘We’re not going to shut down our border until you change your policy on Cuba and change your policy on Venezuela.’ Is it OK for the Mexican President to dictate American policy?” Kilmeade wondered.

Trump said he would laugh in Obrador’s face and outright reject any notion of paying Mexico to stop illegal aliens since his administration would immediately set about building the wall.

“Well, he said much more than that. He said he wants $10 billion essentially just to talk, $10 billion to talk, and that’s come out since, and no, that wouldn’t happen with me, with the wall.”

Trump points to a lack of respect world leaders have for Biden

The President of Mexico never made demands like this when Donald Trump was in office.

Kilmeade wanted to know why Obrador thought he could now shake down the United States.

“What changed?” Kilmeade asked.

Trump said it was nothing more than Obrador – as well as other world leaders – seeing Joe Biden as a feeble-minded weakling they could push around, a mentality that also led Russian President Vladimir Putin to invade Ukraine and Hamas to attack Israel, two crises that never happened when Trump was President.

Trump told Kilmeade he wouldn’t pay Mexico ten cents to contain the procession of illegal aliens.

“It’s very simple: lack of respect for the president. They would never say that to me. They would never say before we even talk. They want $10 billion a year, Mexico just asked for $10 billion a year. They would never ask it. I wouldn’t give them 10 cents,” Trump declared.

When Trump was President, Mexico agreed to the Remain in Mexico Protocols after Trump threatened to put tariffs on Mexican goods coming into America.

Strength, rather than bribes, worked.

The stakes of the election

Trump told Kilmeade that Election Day was the most important day in the history of the country because it would decide if America would have a border and remain a functioning country.

“The most important day in the history of our country is going to be November 5. Our country is going bad, and it’s going to be changed on November 5, and if it’s not changed, we’re not going to have a country anymore,” Trump explained.

The numbers bear Trump out.

In Joe Biden’s three years in office, Biden increased the foreign born population of the United States by 20 percent to over 50 million through unchecked flow of millions of illegal aliens into the country.

Should Biden win re-election, the pace of illegal immigration into America will accelerate.
