Donald Trump got in one big shouting match with this surprising person

Donald Trump is finding out who he can trust and who he can’t depend on.

Sometimes these lessons are more painful than others.

And Donald Trump got in one big shouting match with this surprising person.

In author Chris Whipple’s new book, The Fight of His Life: Inside Joe Biden’s White House, he describes how Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, got into a shouting match with Trump over him contesting the results of the 2020 election.

“With all due respect, I’m not going to like what you are doing, and you’re going to be screaming at me,” Whipple reported Kushner shouting at Trump.

Kushner warned Trump that the people telling him to challenge the results of the election would abandon him once the lawsuits failed and he left the White House.

“Look, when you’re out of here, a lot of people will scatter,” Kushner reportedly added.

Kushner told Trump that he was loyal to the end so he should take his concerns about contesting the results seriously.

“I’m with you until you hit the dirt — so you may want to listen to what I’m saying,” Kushner continued.

Kushner also warned Trump that attorneys Sydney Powell and Rudy Giuliani were taking him “on a funky ride” with unfounded claims about voting machines switching votes.

During Trump’s time in office, Kushner was really the second most powerful man in government with the ability to manage any issue he saw fit.

This bothered Trump supporters, as Kushner was always a left-wing Democrat.

But since Kushner was married to Ivanka Trump, he had a key seat at the table in the Trump White House.

That no longer looks to be the case.

Neither Jared nor Ivanka attended Donald Trump’s speech announcing his re-election kickoff.

“Trump thought he could convince Ivanka this weekend to come back and campaign for him as she was the most requested speaker after the President himself last time around … but so far she’s resisting his entreaties and holding firm, as is Jared,” the Post reported a source close to Trump said. “They both feel they got burned in Washington and don’t want to go back and expose themselves and their children to another bitter campaign.”

Trump took issue with the reporting that he “begged” Kushner and Ivankato to attend his speech by posting on Truth Social that he asked the pair not to be part of his 2024 campaign.

“Contrary to Fake News reporting, I never asked Jared or Ivanka to be part of the 2024 Campaign for President and, in fact, specifically asked them not to do it – too mean and nasty with the Fake & Corrupt News and having to deal with some absolutely horrendous SleazeBags in the world of politics, and beyond. There has never been anything like this “ride” before, and they should not be further subjected to it. I ran twice, getting millions more Votes the second time (RIGGED), & am doing it again!” Trump wrote.

But what is not in doubt is that Kushner and Ivanka Trump will not be key advisors and decision makers in the 2024 campaign.

And for that, many conservatives are thankful, as Jared and Ivanka were always seen as moderate forces within the Trump White House.
