Donald Trump had one meeting that could spell the end of Mike Pence’s career

Mike Pence says he still has a strong relationship with Donald Trump.

But their partnership may be at its end.

And that’s because Donald Trump had one meeting that could spell the end of Mike Pence’s career.

Donald Trump is seriously considering mounting a 2024 Presidential campaign.

Even Never-Trumpers like Mitt Romney admit that if Trump enters the race no one can beat him.

That means the biggest real decision Trump will face is his choice of a running mate.

And Bloomberg reports that Trump’s advisors already held preliminary discussions about replacing Mike Pence with a black or female candidate.

“Donald Trump is telling allies he’s strongly considering another run for president in 2024 – and close advisers want him to choose someone other than former Vice President Mike Pence for his ticket, according to people familiar with the discussions,” Bloomberg reported.

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem finished second in the CPAC Presidential straw poll ballot that Donald Trump did not appear on and her pushback against the COVID hysterics and power mad bureaucrats like Dr. Fauci by rejecting mask mandates and lockdowns endeared her to the conservative base.

If Donald Trump wins the GOP nomination, Kristi Noem could very well be chosen as Trump’s running mate.

“Two advisers have suggested Trump consider South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, the people said. Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle, are hosting a fundraiser for Noem on Friday at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort and home in Palm Beach. The former President is planning to make an appearance, people familiar with the matter said,” Bloomberg reported.

Of course, Trump’s senior advisor Jason Miller claimed that “this is fake news. No such conversations are happening.”

But few believe that Trump will select Mike Pence as his running mate for a third time on the ticket.

Trump knows the value of stage management and television productions, and introducing a new running mate at the GOP convention would prevent the narrative of “Re-runs” settling in and keep the Trump image fresh in the minds of voters.
