Donald Trump has all hell breaking loose with a demand to replace this top Republican

Donald Trump is still the leader of the GOP.

Trump continues to make sure everyone knows it.

And Donald Trump has all hell breaking loose with a demand to replace this top Republican.

On Thursday night, Trump slammed RINO Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell for surrendering to Democrats in the fight over raising the debt ceiling.

McConnell claimed Republicans would not provide any votes to dump trillions of dollars on the heads of the public while the Democrats were using a party line vote to pass trillions of dollars in new socialist spending through the reconciliation process.

Minority Leader McConnell said if Democrats wanted to pass new socialist welfare bills through reconciliation, they could raise the debt ceiling through that process as well.

But on the eve of the fight, McConnell folded after half-baked threats from Joe Biden to change the filibuster to allow Congress to raise the debt ceiling with just 51 votes.

In an interview with Sean Hannity, Donald Trump blasted McConnell for giving Democrats more time to pass their socialist spending plan and raise the debt ceiling.

“Mitch is not the guy, not the right guy, he’s not doing the job,” Trump told Hannity. “He gave [Sen. Charles Schumer of New York and his Democrats] a lifeline – it’s more than a lifeline, he gave them so much time to figure out what to do because they were in a big bind; they were unable to do anything.”

Trump ripped McConnell for folding a winning hand.

“He had the weapon and he was able to use it. It’s a shame,” Trump added. “That’s not a good thing that happened today. He made a big mistake.”

Democrats knew McConnell surrendered and made sure to boast to the nation that McConnell was a paper tiger that would not back up his words in a fight.

“I thank my Democratic colleagues for showing unity in solving this Republican-manufactured crisis,” Chuck Schumer gloated in a speech on the Senate floor. “Despite immense opposition from Leader McConnell and members of his conference, our caucus held together and we have pulled our country back from the cliff’s edge that Republicans tried to push us over.”
