Donald Trump sent a bombshell letter that is bad news for this top Republican

Donald Trump is still the leader of the Republican Party.

One Republican found that out the hard way.

And Donald Trump sent a bombshell letter that is bad news for this top Republican.

The Arizona Senate race figures to be one of the most closely contested in the nation.

Whichever Party wins will gain a leg up in winning control of the U.S. Senate.

The Arizona Primary has three contenders, conservative outsider Blake Masters, Attorney General Mark Brnovich, and businessman Jim Lamon.

President Trump shook up the race by endorsing Masters, who is also supported by conservative, pro-Trump tech titan Peter Thiel.

Since President Trump’s endorsement is the most valuable commodity in Republican politics, he wants to make sure only the candidates he endorses receive the benefits.

That’s why Trump fired off a cease-and-desist letter to Brnovich’s campaign demanding he stop using President Trump’s name, image, and likeness in fundraising appeals, which Trump stated gave the false impression that he supported the Attorney General’s bid for Senate.

“Your use of President Trump’s name, image, and/or likeness is likely to deceive individuals into believing President Trump supports, endorses, or otherwise promotes your candidacy for U.S. Senate in Arizona — he does not,” the letter read.

President Trump’s animosity towards Brnovich draws in large part to the fact that he failed to turn up evidence of fraud that would have altered the outcome of the 2020 election in Arizona, which Joe Biden won by a narrow margin of around 10,000 votes.

Brnovich claimed there was “no evidence, there are no facts that would lead anyone to believe that the election results will change.”

In his endorsement of Masters, President Trump wrote that Masters “understands what took place in the 2020 Presidential Election, and that it was Rigged and Stolen.”

Masters also regularly appears on Tucker Carlson’s program, where he showed he is an authentic supporter of President Trump’s America First agenda and opposes any amnesty, gun control schemes, or endless funding of Joe Biden’s war in Ukraine.

Polls show that following Trump’s endorsement, Masters took the lead in the GOP Primary.

And Donald Trump wants to make sure Brnovich does not try to confuse voters into thinking that he supports his campaign.
