Donald Trump stunned Sean Hannity with this response to Alvin Bragg

Alvin Bragg wants to restrict Donald Trump’s political speech and put him in jail ahead of the election.

It’s an unprecedented attack on democracy.

And Donald Trump stunned Sean Hannity with this response to Alvin Bragg.

The media’s revenge fantasy

The New York Times, Axios, MSNBC, and CNN are running wild with the new Democrat talking point that Donald Trump just wants to win re-election so he can weaponize the government against his political opponents.

Members of the press say this with a straight face after Obama’s FBI spied on Trump’s campaign during the 2016 election, sinister bureaucrats at the CIA and national security council tried to overthrow Trump over his Ukraine policy, and now Joe Biden and his allied prosecutor are trying to jail Trump before the election on contrived crimes.

Democrats are panicking over the fact that Bragg convicting Trump didn’t move the polls since voters likely realized the trial was an illegitimate exercise in politics.

Sean Hannity interviews Trump

Sean Hannity put the revenge question to Trump in an interview on Hannity’s Fox News program.

Trump told Hannity this was another liberal fever dream cooked up in the imaginations of haters suffering from severe cases of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

“Number one, they’re wrong,” Trump told Hannity.

Trump explained to Hannity that weaponizing the government against political opponents needed to stop, or else there wouldn’t be a country left.

“It has to stop, because otherwise, we’re not going to have a country. Look, when this election is over, based on what they’ve done, I would have every right to go after them, and it’s easy, because it’s Joe Biden and you see all the criminality, all of the money that’s going into the family and him, all of this money from China, from Russia, from Ukraine,” Trump stated.

In his response, Trump told Hannity he would have every right to go after Biden based on the allegations of corruption surrounding his family and the criminal referrals the House Oversight Committee just sent along for James and Hunter Biden about lying to Congress.

But that would be bad for the country as Democrats already pushed America into banana republic territory.

It would all be over if every President received an indictment as a parting gift upon leaving office.

Trump calls for a stop to lawfare

Trump told Hannity that Bragg indicted him on fake crimes that didn’t exist at all because polls showed Trump was on track to win the GOP nomination and the White House.

“They want to arrest on no crime. They want to arrest the person that won the nomination in a landslide,” Trump added.

Trump warned the America everyone knew and loved would cease to exist.

“What they’re doing to me, if it’s going to continue, we’re really not going to have much of a country left. It’s really, it is weaponization. You call it lawfare, you call it — some people call it just warfare — but it is weaponization of the election,” Trump stated.

Trump told Hannity the stakes for this election couldn’t be higher because if Democrats see a political reward in weaponizing the government against opponents, then it was “Katy, bar the door” time.

“And we’re talking about, I think, the most important election in the history of our country. This will go down, I believe, as the most important election in the history of our country. We can’t have this stuff go on,” Trump concluded.
