Democrats and the media have spent two years pushing the conspiracy theory that Donald Trump and his campaign colluded with the Russians during the 2016 election.
This never-ending conspiracy has hovered like a dark cloud over the administration.
But one federal judge just crushed the collusion story by handing Trump this massive victory.
Judge Ellen Huvelle tossed a lawsuit filed by Democrats alleging Donald Trump’s campaign and Roger Stone colluded with the Russians on cyber attacks against the DNC in the 2016 election.
Fox News reports:
A federal judge on Tuesday tossed a lawsuit claiming that the Trump campaign and former adviser Roger Stone colluded with WikiLeaks and the Russian government to publish hacked Democratic National Committee emails during the presidential election.
U.S. District Court Judge Ellen Huvelle said in a ruling that the allegations of conspiracy were insubstantial to proceed in a court, Politico reported.
“The Trump Campaign’s efforts to elect President Trump in D.C. are not suit-related contacts for those efforts did not involve acts taken in furtherance of the conspiracies to disseminate emails that harmed plaintiffs,” wrote the Clinton-appointed judge. “Campaign meetings, canvassing voters, and other regular business activities of a political campaign do not constitute activities related to the conspiracies alleged in the complaint.”
This is another blow for the deranged resistance that promotes the false claim that then-candidate Donald Trump colluded with the Russians to rig the Presidential election.
It has persisted for so long because so-called “journalists” – who pretend to be non-partisan fact finders but are really Democrat Party operatives with press passes – continue to breathe life into this nonsense because they hate President Trump and want to remove him from office by any means necessary.
No Americans have been indicted for conspiring with the Russians and now this Hail Mary pass to try and prove the conspiracy true has been squashed.
