Hillary Clinton had a dramatic fall from grace following the 2016 election.
After losing to Donald Trump, the entire Left seemed to turn on her.
And she just announced a new career move and you’ll never guess what it is.
After the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton became reclusive.
She stopped showing her face in public for months.
The night of her election loss, she couldn’t even show her face to the thousands of her supporters who expected her to win.
It wasn’t until many months after the election in 2016 that she was seen in public again.
She authored a book, titled What Happened, which goes over her experience on the campaign trail in 2016.
Along with the book, she held a speaking tour, which had embarrassingly small crowds.
Her crowd-size was so embarrassing that she was forced to hold one of her book signings in the dairy aisle of a Costco grocery store.
Two years later, she published another book co-written by her daughter Chelsea Clinton, titled The Book of Gutsy Women: Favorite Stories of Courage and Resilience, which never gained any traction.
But despite her seeming failures as an author, she isn’t done.
The failed presidential candidate is now releasing a new book, but this time it will be fiction.
She is penning a political thriller titled State of Terror, alongside award-winning author Louise Penny.
Clinton described writing this book alongside Penny as a “dream come true.”
Of course, everybody knows that her real dream has always been to be President, so this must be her consolation prize.
“I’ve relished every one of her books and characters as well as her friendship,” Clinton said. “Now we’re joining our experiences to explore the complex world of high stakes diplomacy and treachery. All is not as it first appears.”
The book is expected to be released in October, and is described as:
“A series of terrorist attacks throws the global order into disarray, and the Secretary is tasked with assembling a team to unravel the deadly conspiracy, a scheme carefully designed to take advantage of an American government dangerously out of touch and out of power in the places where it counts the most.”
One must question if the “dangerously out of touch” government will be made out to seem like President Trump’s administration.
After all, there may be nobody Hillary Clinton despises more than Donald Trump.
