In a recent Q&A session at the 2017 Code Conference, Hillary told attendees she takes “responsibility for every decision” she made during the election.
“But that’s not why I lost,” Clinton continued.
Real Clear Politics highlights a clip of MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell struggling to follow all the dots Hillary is connecting regarding “Russian collusion” with the Trump campaign.
“She’s drawing a conspiracy theory. She doesn’t have the evidence, but she obviously is hoping that this is what Rober Mueller and what the Congressional committee’s going to do,” Mitchell said.
In that same post, RCP’s editor’s go on to debunk another Clinton conspiracy theory about WikiLeaks timing the release of Podesta emails to coincide with the Access Hollywood tape.
They point out:
For Clinton’s assumption to be true, WikiLeaks must have been aware of the Access Hollywood tape before it was released, which seems impossible. On the other hand, WikiLeaks publicly stated many times that they were going to release a bombshell about the Clinton campaign, which would have served as a warning to release a counter-tape.
CNN’s John King got in on the action, mocking Clinton’s recent remarks saying, “You don’t understand. The Russians cloaked Wisconsin so she couldn’t find it on a map to get there and campaign there.”
Tucker Carlson piled on by opening his show with this segment:
“Hillary Clinton appears to be making a fashion statement by adopting the left’s trendiest new accessory . . . a tin foil hat.”
What do you think of Clinton’s latest conspiracy theories about why she lost the election?
Should Hillary Clinton just go away? Or is she doing Republicans a favor by staying in the spotlight and reminding everyone why she lost.
