IRS whistleblowers revealed how every step of the way the Justice Department and FBI bent over backward to protect Hunter Biden.
Justice Department officials blocked investigators from asking questions about foreign lobbying and business deals that could have led to Joe Biden.
The Secret Service received a tip about the FBI’s plans to interview Hunter Biden, which prevented the agents from speaking with Biden.
The Justice Department also allowed the statute of limitations to expire on serious felony charges against Hunter Biden, limiting prosecutors to only bring minor misdemeanor tax charges.
A federal judge blew up the sweetheart plea deal the Biden Justice Department cut with Hunter Biden that provided for no jail time and essentially ended all investigations into Joe Biden.
The plea deal also allowed for a felony gun charge for lying on a background check form when purchasing a firearm to disappear if Hunter Biden behaved himself.
This decision forced Biden’s Justice Department to play it honest and prosecutors soon faced an indictment on the gun charges.
Hunter Biden’s legal team responded by filing a motion in court asking a judge to allow the defense to call Donald Trump and former Attorney General William Barr to the stand as the defense planned to make the outrageous argument that it was really the Trump administration that placed political pressure on prosecutors to indict Hunter Biden.
“Defendant Robert Hunter Biden, through his counsel, respectfully moves this Court to enter an order directing that subpoenas duces tecum be issued to the following individuals,” the motion read.
The idea that Donald Trump unfairly pressured the Department of Justice to indict Hunter Biden is absurd on its face.
If anything, Attorney General Barr aided and abetted the cover-up.
When Democrats impeached Donald Trump in 2019 over asking Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to assist in a corruption investigation against Joe Biden, Democrats and the media claimed no such investigation existed and that Trump tried to leverage U.S. military aid to pressure Ukraine to dig up dirt on Trump’s likely opponent in the 2020 election.
But Barr knew very well that the FBI had Hunter Biden’s laptop in hand and sat silently while Democrats and the media falsely accused Trump of demanding a quid pro quo.
During the 2020 election, Barr also never contradicted Joe Biden or the 51 Deep State agents signing a letter falsely claiming that the Hunter Biden laptop was the product of Russian disinformation.
At every step of the way, the Justice Department and the FBI protected Joe Biden and the Biden family because they were members of the Washington, D.C. Swamp in good standing.
Hunter Biden’s lawyers trying to claim otherwise will likely be laughed out of court.
