Hunter Biden’s scandals keep mounting.
The walls could be closing in on him.
And Hunter Biden is panicking after he saw a court make this one move.
Hunter Biden can’t keep his shady business dealings hidden with Joe Biden in the White House.
With Joe’s regime collapsing, this is a growing problem that he’s desperately trying to sweep under the rug.
But a shocking verdict from federal court in Manhattan is going to keep the hot water on Hunter.
Hunter’s best friend and business associate, Devon Archer, was sentenced to 365 days in federal prison, along with $15 million in forfeited money.
Archer and his co-defendants will also have to cough up over $43 million in restitution.
Archer was charged for a $60 million bond scheme to defraud one of the poorest Indian tribes in the country, the Oglala Sioux.
Archer and his co-defendants were accused of embezzling the tribe’s bonds to build a financial services company.
In 2018, Archer was convicted of securities fraud and conspiracy for this criminal scheme.
The prosecution pushed for 30 months in jail, but the Obama-appointed judge opted for a lighter sentence.
Federal sentencing guidelines recommend a much harsher punishment, so it would appear that the Obama appointee may have done Archer a favor.
One of Archer’s co-defendants in the case was sentenced to nearly 14 years in prison.
In text messages found on Hunter’s infamous laptop, Archer complained about being targeted by Obama appointees and that Biden’s family hadn’t stepped in to help.
Hunter reassured Archer that he was a part of the Biden family and wouldn’t be deserted.
While Hunter wasn’t accused of any wrongdoing in the scheme, a federal judge said that his name was used in literature promoting it.
Hunter is the subject of an ongoing federal investigation into his taxes.
Some legal experts have said that prosecutors could use Archer’s cooperation in the case against Hunter in exchange for a reduced sentence.
However, with his deep connections to the Biden family, it seems unlikely he’d flip on them.
An infamous 2014 photo shows Hunter, Joe, and Archer playing golf while Joe was Vice President.
Despite having no experience in the industry, Hunter and Archer worked together at the investment firm Rosemont Seneca and served on the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma.
In April of 2014, Archer met with Joe for a long meeting at the White House.
Joe flew to Ukraine for a meeting that April, and the day after he arrived there, Archer joined the board of Burisma.
On May 13, 2014, Hunter joined Archer on the Burisma board for a no-show job that ended up paying him millions.
Archer is tied at the hip to Hunter’s corruption.
With Archer’s sentencing, this will give Joe a major headache he can’t afford as the Hunter scandals keep growing.
