James Comey’s book tour is on the cusp of launching.
It’s his chance for revenge on the President.
But one fact in his book ruined his plot against Trump.
Comey likes to pretend he is a “just the facts, ma’am” nonpartisan lawman.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
In his new book, he revealed that despite him allegedly being a Republican, Comey admits he did not vote in 2016 and that his wife and daughters participated in the anti-Trump women’s marches.
ABC News reports:
“Comey, however, makes clear his affection for Obama – and his disdain for Trump and his leadership style. Though he did not vote in 2016, and secured his first high-profile government jobs under the Republican presidency of George W. Bush, he writes that his wife and daughters voted for Clinton and even participated in the Women’s March, held the day after the inauguration in Washington.”
Comey is like everyone else in the Washington, D.C. swamp – a political hack who puts on a public face of a do-gooder official only out for the common good.
It’s all a facade.
In this interview, Comey referred to Trump as a “mob boss.”
And his entire family was Clinton supporters.
These revelations completely undercut Comey’s claim to be a good faith actor.
The media will hype this interview endlessly.
It’s their latest escapade in their plot to bring down the President.
But given Comey’s obvious bias – and past history of lying – this will fall flat like all the others.
That won’t stop them from trying.
Anti-Trump journalists and Washington, D.C.’s swamp creatures will hurl everything they can against the wall in the hopes something sticks.
However, James Comey’s interview is shaping up as another misfire.
