Joe Biden could remove Kamala Harris and give her this huge Supreme Court job

Kamala Harris’ approval rating sits at a dismal 28 percent.

The Biden administration is facing a political crisis.

And Joe Biden could remove Kamala Harris and give her this huge Supreme Court job.

Democrats are looking for ways to reboot Joe Biden’s failing Presidency and prevent Donald Trump from winning a second term in 2024.

The latest theory centers on Joe Biden nominating Kamala Harris to the Supreme Court to take her off the board and allow Democrats to nominate a more electable candidate in 2024.

The Telegraph reports:

Democrats desperately scrambling to find a potential successor to Joe Biden in 2024 are whispering about a potential nuclear option that could see Kamala Harris, the current Vice President, nominated to the Supreme Court.

While the scenario is highly improbable, and perhaps a reflection of a Washington rumour mill in overdrive, the fact it has come up at all shows the depths of the predicament the Biden administration currently finds itself in, amid rising inflation, a stalled domestic agenda, and foreign policy disasters.

83-year-old Leftist Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is expected to retire after the Supreme Court’s current term ends in June 2022.

Joe Biden promised to nominate a black woman as his first Supreme Court nominee, so choosing Harris would check multiple boxes.

However, the idea of putting Kamala Harris on the Supreme Court is far-fetched.

Harris – who clearly wants to run for President again in 2024 or 2028 – would likely not want the job.

And starting any Presidential Primary as the sitting Vice President makes it an extremely high probability that Harris would win the Democrat Party nomination for President.

But with Harris’ approval rating at 28 percent, some Democrat officials are terrified that she is unelectable on a national level.

After all, in her 2020 campaign, Harris was forced to drop out of the Presidential Primary race by Thanksgiving because of her inability to raise money and a lack of support among Democrat voters.

This is leading to West Wing-style fantasies on the left of finding an elegant way to replace Harris without offending the Party’s woke base by pushing aside a black female Vice President in 2024.
