Joe Biden has a history of making racist gaffes.
As Biden’s cognitive decline has gotten worse, so has this habit.
And Joe Biden embarrassed himself by getting caught on camera saying this racist word.
During a Veteran’s Day ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery, Biden tried to tell a joke to honor Secretary of State Anthony Blinken’s father Donald, who served in the armed forces.
Biden recounted a quip from the great baseball pitcher Satchel Paige, who pitched in he Negro Leagues and did not sign with a Major League team until he was 41 years of age.
Paige pitched until he was 53 and often joked with reporters about how old he was.
But in the wind up to telling the joke, Biden referred to Paige as a “Negro” – a racially insensitive term that fell out of fashion decades ago.
“I know you’re a little younger than I am,” Biden stated. “I’ve adopted the attitude of the great negro at the time, pitcher in the Negro Leagues who went on to become a great pitcher in the pro’s in Major League Baseball after Jackie Robinson. His name was Satchel Paige.”

The 78-year-old Joe Biden stumbling through telling the joke was the latest sign of cognitive decline.
Biden’s handlers know this is the case.
That’s why Biden’s handlers limit Biden’s public events, mainly to allow him to take scripted questions from pre-selected reporters.
POLITICO also quoted anonymous Biden aides saying they turn the TV off when he speaks because they are afraid of what Biden will do.
Joe Biden veering off script to use the racist word “negro” was why Biden’s handlers tightly script any public appearance and then can’t bear to watch out of the fear Biden will veer off the teleprompter.
