Republicans are on track to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.
Democrats are looking for revenge.
And now Joe Biden gave one answer about the Supreme Court that will leave you speechless.
Democrats threatened to pack the Supreme Court if Joe Biden wins the Presidency and Democrats take back the Senate as retribution for Republicans confirming Amy Coney Barrett to fill Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat.
There is nothing unconstitutional or underhanded about Donald Trump and the GOP filling Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat.
Polls also show Americans oppose court packing by a two to one margin.
Give those political realities, it is not surprising Biden refuses to say if he would support court packing.
In one local interview, Biden said he would make his position known before the election.
And in an interview with 60 Minutes, Biden once again dodged the questions and gave the swampy answer of creating a “bipartisan commission” to study reforms to the Supreme Court that would present him recommendations in 6 months after he took office.

If a politician is not willing to say they oppose something, then they really support it.
And Joe Biden is making it clear he supports court packing.
The “conservatives” he claims he will appoint to this commission will be Never-Trumpers and RINOs, so that way Joe Biden can say Democrats are falling back on the recommendation of the “experts” and “scholars” when the commission produces a report supporting the Democrats’ court packing scheme.
