Joe Biden got hit with a nasty surprise that will send Democrats running for their lives

Joe Biden is clearly at a low ebb of his Presidency.

Democrats are wondering when the freefall will stop.

And Joe Biden got hit with a nasty surprise that will send Democrats running for their lives.

Joe Biden’s poll numbers continue to sink as the American people see Biden as a senile incompetent man who’s lost control of his Presidency.

Biden failed to deliver on his fundamental promise to restore normalcy as COVID rages, the border is wide open, murders soar in major cities, and his administration oversaw a humiliating military defeat in Afghanistan.

The American people’s anger is showing up in polling data as a new Economist/YouGuv poll shows just 39 percent of Americans approving of Biden’s job as President and 49 percent disapproving.

This represented a ten point move from the last Economist/YouGuv poll.

The Daily Caller reports:

President Joe Biden’s approval ratings hit the lowest since the start of his presidency, dropping to 39%, the results of a Wednesday poll showed.

Biden’s handling of the job was disapproved by 49% of respondents in the latest Economist/YouGov Poll. While 12% said they were unsure, 39% of those polled approved of the president’s performance. The poll surveyed 1,500 U.S. adults online between September 4 – 7 and has a margin of error of 2.8%

The president’s approval rating dropped by 6% since the previous poll from a week ago. Along with the fall in the overall job approval ratings, Biden’s handling of COVID-19 and the economy saw lower approval among the respondents of this poll compared to the previous ones, according to YouGov.

Independents disapprove of Biden by a 20-point margin.

That number likely has Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi quaking.

It means Biden is losing the broad middle of the electorate that Democrats are counting on to help them maintain their majorities in Congress after next year.
