The Kyle Rittenhouse trial exposed so many lies the media and Democrats told about Black Lives Matter riots and the 2020 election.
Now Joe Biden faces his own reckoning.
And Joe Biden is terrified of answering this one question about Kyle Rittenhouse.
After the first presidential debate in 2020, Joe Biden tweeted out a video containing an image of Kyle Rittenhouse carrying his AR-15.
In the Twitter post accompanying the video, Biden falsely referred to Rittenhouse as a white supremacist.
At Monday’s press briefing, Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked Jen Psaki why Biden lied about Rittenhouse being a white supremacist.
“Why did President Biden suggest that Kyle Rittenhouse, on trial in Kenosha, is a white supremacist?” Doocy asked.
Psaki appeared visibly shaken by the question and sighed deeply before responding with another falsehood that Rittenhouse was a vigilante and claiming Biden would not comment on an ongoing trial.
“So Peter, what I’m not going to speak to right now is anything about an ongoing trial nor the President’s past comments,” Psaki answered. “What I can reiterate for you is the President’s view that we shouldn’t have, broadly speaking, vigilantes patrolling our communities with assault weapons.”
Doocy wouldn’t let Psaki off the hook and pointed out that these were comments Biden already made in public and noted that Rittenhouse’s mother stated that Biden defamed her son by lying about Kyle Rittenhouse being a white supremacist.
“But the President has spoken to it already and his mom now…came out saying that [he] defamed her son and that claims — she claims that when the President suggested her son is a white supremacist, he was doing that to win votes. Is that what happened?” Doocy shot back.
Psaki ducked the question a second time.
“I just have nothing more to speak to [on] an ongoing case where the closing arguments were just made,” Psaki responded.
Psaki and Joe Biden don’t want to answer questions about lying about Kyle Rittenhouse being a white supremacist because one of the central pillars of the Democrat Party’s messaging is to try and scare suburban swing voters with falsehoods about Donald Trump raising an army of white supremacist domestic terrorists to threaten democracy.
The video falsely identifying Kyle Rittenhouse as a white supremacist was one of the earliest examples of this baseless claim.
And if Jen Psaki and Joe Biden admit they lied about that, then the entire message falls apart.
