Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are supposed to be a team.
But they don’t always act that way.
And now Joe Biden just created this huge headache for Kamala Harris.
The Biden administration is currently fighting two court cases over ending Title 42 – the pandemic era border control policy put in place by Donald Trump to allow for the government to expedite sending illegal aliens back to their home countries when caught at the border.
Even though a federal judge recently struck down Title 42, the Biden administration is appealing the ruling on the grounds that it wants to keep the authority to end the program to itself.
One of Biden’s aides told CBS News that the administration was moving “full speed ahead” with ending Title 42 by December 21.
CBS News reports:
If the administration wins the other Title 42 case, stemming from a ruling by a federal judge in Louisiana, the case in Washington, D.C. would become “moot,” the Justice Department argued. A Justice Department spokesperson declined to elaborate further on Wednesday’s filing.
A Biden administration official said the Justice Department was not asking federal courts to keep Title 42 in place. Instead, the official said, the government is defending the authority behind the expulsions. The Department of Homeland Security “continues to charge full speed ahead in preparing for Title 42 to lift on December 21,” the official added.
Kamala Harris is still serving as Joe Biden’s border czar.
And a top Biden official told Axios that the administration knows ending Title 42 will lead to a flood of illegal aliens pouring across the border.
However, the administration is doing nothing to prepare for this flood of illegal aliens.

Time after time, the administration continues to demonstrate that open borders and mass illegal alien migration are not a happy accident or an unintended consequence.
It is the administration’s policy.
