Joe Biden just made one mistake that is about to land him in front of the Supreme Court

Conservatives were waiting for this moment.

And Joe Biden just walked right into it.

It’s all because Joe Biden just made one mistake that is about to land him in front of the Supreme Court.

On Thursday press secretary Jen Psaki announced the Biden administration initiated a Communist Chinese-style social media-censorship campaign by pressuring Facebook to remove content about the coronavirus vaccine that Biden does not believe the American people have the right to read.

“We’re flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation,” Psaki told the White House press corp.

Psaki added that Facebook needed to alter its algorithm to suppress the ability of anyone that deviates from the administration line on the vaccine to communicate or post on the platform.

“Facebook should provide, publicly and transparently, data on the reach of COVID-19 vaccine misinformation, not just engagement, but the reach of the misinformation and the audience that it’s reaching,” Psaki stated. “That will help us ensure we’re getting accurate information to people. This should be provided not just to researchers but to the public so that the public knows and understands what is accurate and inaccurate.”

Then, the revelations turned even darker.

Psaki confirmed the Biden administration created an enemies list of 12 individual accounts it would ask Facebook to censor.

“There’s about 12 people who are producing 65% of anti vaccine misinformation on social media platforms,” Psaki added. “All of them remain active on Facebook, despite some even being banned on other platforms, including Facebook, ones that Facebook owns.”

The administration demanding Facebook censor certain posts or accounts means Facebook is now a state actor.

State actors are subject to the Constitution limits on their actions, meaning they cannot infringe upon First Amendment rights.

The administration publicly announcing that Facebook must censor anything the Biden administration considers “misinformation” pushes Facebook out of the “private company” realm, and into being considered a government agent.

That could have far-reaching legal consequences if conservatives sue Facebook claiming the platform engaged in ideological censorship.
