Joe Biden threw down the gauntlet.
A desperate President tried to right the ship and stop his sinking poll numbers.
And Joe Biden just picked one fight that he will regret ending up at the Supreme Court.
On Thursday Joe Biden went full authoritarian and announced his regime would impose a tyrannical mandate requiring businesses with more than 100 employees to require vaccination as a condition of employment.
No American President ever attempted to control the medical decisions of the entire population before.
Biden’s announcement of the draconian mandate generated swift backlash.
Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel immediately threatened a lawsuit.
“Joe Biden told Americans when he was elected that he would not impose vaccine mandates. He lied,” McDaniel stated. “Now small businesses, workers, and families across the country will pay the price.”
No one has a problem with promoting the availability of the vaccine and telling Americans to make the most informed choice possible.
“Like many Americans, I am pro-vaccine and anti-mandate,” McDaniel stated.
Biden’s dictatorial mandate puts the burden of enforcement on small businesses and McDaniel worried that if they did not have the resources to fight they would instead be forced to comply with an illegal and immoral order.
“Many small businesses and workers do not have the money or legal resources to fight Biden’s unconstitutional actions and authoritarian decrees,” McDaniel added.
That’s why McDaniel pledged that when the regime’s vaccine mandate went into effect “the RNC will sue the administration to protect Americans and their liberties.”
Joe Biden has repeatedly stated the federal government does not have the power to issue a national vaccine mandate.
The Court has never ruled on if the federal government has the authority to do so.
And the lawsuits over Joe Biden’s federal vaccine mandate are sure to end up at the Supreme Court.
But putting it in the hands of the Supreme Court has many worried.
Chief Justice John Roberts has proven time and time again he’ll stab Conservatives in the back.
And Justice Amy Coney Barrett recently refused to block a case brought by Indiana University students challenging the school’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate.
What’s more, if the fight over Obamacare showed Americans anything, it’s that the Court is not above supporting unconstitutional mandates when it comes to Americans’ health.
Americans only saw relief from the Obamacare mandate’s massive penalties when President Trump stepped up and encouraged Republicans in Congress to act.
In addition to lawsuits the Republicans at every level of government should use the authority they have as elected representatives and refuse to comply, let alone allow Biden to use taxpayer dollars to enforce his unconstitutional mandate.
