Judges continually rule against Joe Biden’s radical agenda.
Critics contend that this is because Joe Biden runs the most lawless Presidency in American history.
And now Joe Biden lost his mind after suffering one massive court defeat.
A three-judge panel on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Barack Obama’s 2012 executive amnesty for illegal alien children violated the Constitution and ordered a district court in Texas to re-examine the program.
“A district court is in the best position to review the administrative record in the rulemaking proceeding and determine whether our holdings as to the 2012 DACA Memorandum fully resolve issues concerning the Final Rule,” the judges ruled.
The court allowed the 600,000 so-called “DREAMers” to remain in the program, but barred the Biden administration from issuing any new work permits.
Biden ranted and raved about judges slamming the breaks on one aspect of his mass amnesty and open borders agenda.
“I am disappointed in today’s Fifth Circuit decision holding that DACA is unlawful. The court’s stay provides a temporary reprieve for DACA recipients, but one thing remains clear: the lives of Dreamers remain in limbo,” Biden fumed.
Biden then complained that Republican Attorneys General fought against a program intended to attract millions of illegal aliens to their states.
“Today’s decision is the result of continued efforts by Republican state officials to strip DACA recipients of the protections and work authorization that many have now held for over a decade,” Biden ranted.
Biden then called on Congress to pass a giant amnesty bill granting citizenship and voting rights to illegal aliens.
“And while we will use the tools we have to allow Dreamers to live and work in the only country they know as home,” Biden said, before adding that “it is long past time for Congress to pass permanent protections for Dreamers, including a pathway to citizenship.”
Finally, Biden made sure to amplify his Midterm message that “MAGA Republicans” are a threat to democracy.
“My Administration is committed to defending Dreamers against attacks from Republican officials in Texas and other states,” Biden stated. “This challenge to DACA is just another example of the extreme agenda being pushed by MAGA-Republican officials.”
Republican state Attorneys General fought for years to end the illegal executive amnesty program.
