Amy Coney Barrett’s Supreme Court confirmation hearings began on Monday.
How the Democrats will respond will put Joe Biden in a box.
And now Joe Biden was faced with one question about the Supreme Court and you won’t believe his answer.
Democrats are threatening to pack the Supreme Court in retaliation for Republicans confirming Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.
If Democrats win power in November, leading voices in the party such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez would call to pack the Supreme Court with additional left-wing justices.
Joe Biden’s dodged answers to this question claiming he will make his position on court packing clear after the election.
But voters are demanding answers now.
They would like to know what Joe Biden would do as President before they cast their ballots.
In an interview with a local news outlet, Joe Biden said voters did not “deserve” to know his position on court packing before the election.
Biden gets pressed on court-packing in every interview, but this answer to @KTNV is new:@RossDiMattei: "Don't the voters deserve to know-"@JoeBiden: "No they don't deserve- I'm not gonna play his game. He'd love… that to be the discussion instead of what he's doing now." pic.twitter.com/BpIxTrborp

Packing the Supreme Court would destroy the institution for good.
It would allow Democrats to cement permanent one party rule in Washington, D.C. for good and prevent Republicans from ever controlling any branch of government again.
And many Americans believe that Joe Biden has an obligation to answer this question.
