Joe Biden will be 82-years-old in 2024.
Polls show the American people do not believe Biden is physically or mentally fit to be President.
But Joe Biden won’t step down in 2024 for this one shocking reason.
Adoring fan and left-wing activist Scott Pelley pressed Biden about his plans to run for reelection in 2024 during a fawning interview on 60 Minutes.
Biden gave multiple reasons why he has yet to announce one way or the other what he plans to do.
First, Biden claimed federal campaign finance laws played a factor, since announcing a reelection campaign would change how he could raise and spend money.
“Look, if I were to say to you, ‘I’m running again,’ all of a sudden, a whole range of things come into play that I have – requirements I have to change and move and do,” Biden began.
Biden added that he intended to run again, but also left some wiggle room to step aside.
“Look, my intention, as I said, that I began with is that I would run again. But it’s just an intention. But is it a firm decision that I run again? That remains to be seen,” Biden added.
CNN’s Gloria Borger broke down Biden’s answer the following day.
Joe Biden would turn 86 at the end of a second term.
Americans can already see Biden is in severe cognitive decline, and even Democrats understand his age would be a major issue in any re-election campaign.
That’s why so many Democrats already spoke out on the record that Biden should not run for reelection.
But Borger said Biden wanted to keep his options open because if Donald Trump also runs for reelection in 2024 – which seems likely – Biden would run for a second term.
“He’s equivocating, isn’t he? Look, I went back and looked at what he said in March of 2021. He said my plan is to run for re-election. That’s my expectation. Now, the cement is cracking beneath his feet. And I think that’s because he wants to see, number one, who else is running. If Donald Trump were to run, that would be an incentive, I think, for him to run,” Borger stated.
Biden not only believes he is the only Democrat who can defeat Donald Trump, but he also thinks the Party would nominate him a second time knowing full well he was not mentally capable of serving as President for four more years.
