John Roberts Approval Poll

Appointed to the Supreme Court by George W. Bush, Chief Justice John Roberts has often been the deciding vote against conservatives on everything from religious freedom to ObamaCare’s constitutionality.

Most recently, Roberts ruled against the Trump administration’s decision to end DACA in 2017 in a 5-4 ruling, calling it “arbitrary and capricious.”

President Trump blasted the decision as “highly political” saying we “need new justices on the Supreme Court.”
