Donald Trump pumped his fist after he took a bullet to the ear in Butler.
Now Karoline Leavitt just told the world what he did the third time someone tried to assassinate him.
What Donald Trump was demanding to do backstage – while the shooter was still being processed – is something no other president in modern history would have considered.
The Moment Nobody Saw
On April 25, a gunman named Cole Allen – 31 years old, from Torrance, California – stormed the Washington Hilton armed with a 12-gauge pump-action shotgun, a .38 caliber semi-automatic pistol, and three knives.
He had planned it for weeks.
Allen reserved a hotel room on April 6 – three nights starting April 24 – then traveled cross-country by train to get there.

He wrote a manifesto naming Trump administration officials as targets "prioritized from highest-ranking to lowest."
Secret Service agents stopped him before he reached the ballroom, and one agent took a round to his protective vest.
Trump and JD Vance were rushed offstage the moment shots fired.
And then – this is the part Leavitt just revealed on Sean Hannity's podcast – Trump started demanding to go back in.
"He was like a caged lion backstage, like just roaring to get out, like, 'We gotta go back out there,'" Leavitt said.
She was standing right there.
"And I'm sitting there like, 'I don't know if I want to go back out there," she said.
And Trump was pacing backstage, demanding his Secret Service detail explain why he couldn't go back in.
What He Actually Said to His Detail
Leavitt revealed Trump wasn't just restless – he was interrogating his own protection team.
"He really was asking hard questions of his detail, like, 'Why can't I go? I will wait all night. I don't care if it's 3 in the morning, get it started,'" she said.
Officials actually began making preparations to resume the dinner.
That never happened with Butler.

In Butler, a sniper's bullet grazed Trump's ear, killed a firefighter shielding his family, and wounded two others in the crowd.
Trump stood up with blood on his face and raised his fist.
The crowd chanted USA.
At the WHCA Dinner, no crowd – just a backstage hallway, aides urging caution, and a president who wanted back in the room where someone just tried to assassinate him.
This is the third time someone has tried to kill Donald Trump.
The third time.
And each time, his response has been to push forward – not retreat.
The Left-Wing Cult That Keeps Sending Shooters
Leavitt stood at the White House podium the night of the shooting and said exactly what needed to be said.
She called it a "left-wing cult of hatred."
She wasn't wrong.
Cole Allen's manifesto named every senior Trump official as a target – with one exception: FBI Director Kash Patel.
He wasn't random.
Democrats have spent two years calling Trump a fascist, a dictator, an existential threat to democracy.
They used that language every single day – from the Senate floor, from the cable news studios, from the campaign trail.
And then they act shocked when someone with a shotgun and a manifesto shows up at the hotel.
The rhetoric has consequences.
Here's what the left still refuses to understand after three attempts.
Every time they send someone – a rooftop sniper in Butler, a man with a shotgun and a manifesto at the Hilton – Trump comes out of it more resolute, more visible, and more determined to stay in the room.

They think fear works on him.
It doesn't.
A normal politician, after the third assassination attempt, quietly scales back public appearances, tightens the security perimeter, lets aides handle the press conference.
Trump went back to the rescheduled WHCA Dinner in July.
Every attempt on his life has produced the same result: a man who refuses to be smaller than the moment.
Democrats built a political strategy around breaking Donald Trump.
Karoline Leavitt just told you how that's going.
