The Brett Kavanaugh saga is not over.
But this time it’s Kavanaugh’s accusers who are feeling the heat.
A key Senator sent the one piece of paper that could land one Kavanaugh accuser and her lawyer behind bars.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley sent a letter to the Department of Justice referring Kavanaugh accuser Julie Swetnick and her lawyer Michael Avenatti – the creepy porn lawyer – for criminal prosecution.
Chairman @ChuckGrassley today referred Julie Swetnick and her attorney Michael Avenatti to @TheJusticeDept for criminal investigation relating to a potential conspiracy to provide materially false statements to Congress and obstruct a congressional committee investigation.

The Committee said Swetnick stepped forward with a sworn statement about Kavanaugh being present at parties where girl’s drinks were drugged and she was once gang raped.
They stated that she changed her story in a televised interview and then Avenatti cast doubt on her claims.
The Committee said they wasted resources pursuing these false claims and that Avenatti and Swetnick should be held accountable.
Avenatti is thinking about running for President in 2020.
It could be difficult to do so from a jail cell.
We will keep you up-to-date on any new developments in this ongoing story.
