Letitia James just got some bad news that she never saw coming

New York Attorney General Letitia James weaponized her office to target political opponents.

Donald Trump was first on James’ hit list.

And now Letitia James just got some bad news that she never saw coming.

James loses round one in legal battle against crisis pregnancy center

Like the vast majority of Democrats, James is a fanatical supporter of abortion-on-demand.

And James is out to terrorize Pro-Life organizations much in the same way she waged a campaign of legal harassment against Donald Trump.

James sued a coalition of 11 Christian crisis pregnancy centers for helping women who realize they made a mistake in getting an abortion.

The crisis pregnancy centers offer an abortion pill reversal treatment.

Doctors prescribe the pill Progesterone, which can reverse the effects of chemical abortion.

James sued the crisis pregnancy center, claiming they are offering “false and misleading” services to women.

“Abortions cannot be reversed. Any treatments that claim to do so are made without scientific evidence and could be unsafe,” James baselessly claimed.

James also filed this suit in Manhattan, despite none of the 11 crisis pregnancy centers being located there, because James wanted a biased Democrat judge like the one who presided over her civil fraud lawsuit against Donald Trump.

The crisis pregnancy center counter sued in Monroe County, which is located in upstate New York.

New York Supreme Court Justice Sam Valleriani merged the cases together and ruled the venue to hear the suits would be in Monroe County.

A win for Pro-Life groups

Monroe County – while still a blue county – isn’t a citadel of liberalism the way Manhattan is.

Thomas More Society Executive Vice President & Head of Litigation Peter Breen – who is representing the crisis pregnancy centers – celebrated the ruling.

“For the past month, Letitia James’ has tried to illegally frighten and harass New York’s pregnancy help organizations into silence, threatening them with lawsuits if they keep speaking their truthful message about Abortion Pill Reversal,” Breen stated.

“We brought suit in Rochester, near to where most of the organizations are headquartered and work. Instead of agreeing to a convenient venue, James then sued these charitable organizations in Manhattan, despite the fact that not a single one of the organizations is located there,” Breen added.

Breen applauded the court for adhering to the law and rejecting James’ scheme to stage another show trial against a political opponent in her most favorable jurisdiction.

“We are pleased that the Court in Monroe County agreed that the cases should be consolidated together and heard in Rochester, the ‘most fair, appropriate and logistically convenient venue,’ and not in Manhattan, which has no connection to the case. We look forward to defending Heartbeat International, CompassCare, and all of New York’s pregnancy help organizations targeted by James’ unconstitutional witch-hunt,” Breen continued.

Breen said he looked forward to the case providing the platform to show the scientific basis that an abortion pill reversal is a safe and effective way for women to save the life of their baby.

“New Yorkers deserve to know that Abortion Pill Reversal is not just possible but safe and effective, and our clients have the right to share that truth with women who are undergoing a chemical abortion that they do not want to continue,” Breen said.
