James Comey testified former Attorney General Loretta Lynch pressured him to call the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server a “matter.”
Appearing on Fox Business Network, Judge Andrew Napolitano had some bad news for Loretta Lynch about the consequences she may soon face.
In a letter to Loretta Lynch, the Senate Judiciary Committee asked:
“During your time in the Justice Department, did you ever have communications with [former DNC chairwoman] Rep. [Debbie] Wasserman Schultz, her staff, her associates, or any other current or former DNC officials about the Clinton email investigation?”
There is rumored to be “one or several emails between Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Loretta Lynch,” Napolitano continued, “concerning the behavior that Loretta Lynch will take to further the DNC interests while Mrs. Lynch was the Attorney General.”
“That if it happened, would be ‘misconduct in office,’” Napolitano added.
If she did, Judge Napolitano says the crime is a felony and depending on how they choose to charge her, she could be facing 5-10 years in prison for obstructing the Clinton investigation.

It seems for all the mud Democrats are flinging at the Trump administration, they are the ones who’ve wound up wearing it.
Recently, even top Democrats in the Intelligence Community like Adam Schiff said Loretta Lynch’s actions with Comey made him feel “queasy.”
It would be ironic indeed if all the efforts intended to take down Trump took down members of the previous administration instead.
What do you think will happen?
Should Loretta Lynch be called to testify under oath before the Senate Judiciary Committee?
Should a special prosecutor be appointed to investigate Loretta Lynch and the Obama administration’s handling of the Clinton investigation? (Vote here in the poll!)
