Maren Morris just told tens of millions of Trump voters she has zero forgiveness for any of them.
She posted the video last Friday – and country fans responded the same way they always do.
The Dixie Chicks learned that lesson in 2003, and Morris just signed up for the same class.
Maren Morris Called Pete Hegseth Out by Name
Morris looked into the camera and told every Trump voter in America: "I don't have forgiveness for the triple Trumpers or any of the Trumpers. You did vote for this."
She wasn't done.
The 35-year-old described the President of the United States as "a dementia-ridden, diaper-clad, cornball, ex-TV host, bankrupt to f—."

She called Fox News "a propaganda machine of just, like, Cocomelon brain rot for boomers."
Then she went after Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth – a man confirmed by the United States Senate – mocking his appearance by name.
"This is literally the result of employing and voting for losers," she added.
Tens of millions of Americans who voted for Donald Trump heard every word of it.
This Is Not Her First Rodeo
Morris has been doing this for years.
In 2023, she publicly declared she was quitting country music, calling the genre "misogynistic and racist and homophobic and transphobic."
The year before, she attacked Brittany Aldean for opposing transgender procedures on children.
In January 2026, Morris admitted on the record that her political stance had taken a real toll – she said it had cost her fans and hit her financially.
She knew exactly what she was trading away.
She did it anyway.
Maren Morris Missed the Billboard 200 for the First Time After Leaving Country Music
Here is what happened to Maren Morris's career after she decided country fans were the enemy.
Her 2019 album Girl debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200.
Her 2022 album Humble Quest dropped to No. 21.
Her 2025 album Dreamsicle – released after years of insulting the audience that made her famous – didn't crack the Billboard 200 at all.
That's not bad luck.
That's a direct result of calling your former fans brainwashed idiots who "got bamboozled."
Juanita Broaddrick put it perfectly: "Maren 'who TF'? Just Bud Lighted her career."

Country Audiences Do Not Forget
Country fans are the most loyal audience in American music – loyal to the artists who respect them, and ruthless toward the ones who don't.
The Dixie Chicks spent 14 years in the wilderness after Natalie Maines made one offhand comment about George W. Bush from a London stage.
They traded stadium tours for think pieces and never got back to where they were.
Morris watched that happen in real time.
She chose the blue-check crowd over the people who bought her albums, and the numbers reflect that choice with brutal clarity.
At nearly 3,000 tickets per show on her current tour, she's doing fine for an indie pop artist.

But she used to be a country superstar – the kind who sits at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 and sells out arenas.
That version of Maren Morris is gone.
Maren Morris didn't make an offhand comment from a stage in London.
She looked into a camera, pointed her finger at every Trump voter in America, and told them she has no forgiveness for a single one of them.
Her next tour stop averages fewer than 3,000 tickets a night.
That's where the road ends when you Bud Light your own fanbase.
