Mike Pence delivered one answer to Nancy Pelosi that had all hell breaking loose

Nancy Pelosi hit Vice President Mike Pence with an ultimatum about removing President Trump from office.

Everyone in Washington, D.C. was looking to see what course of action the Vice President would choose.

And now Mike Pence delivered one answer to Nancy Pelosi that had all hell breaking loose.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi informed the Vice President that unless he moved to invoke the 25th Amendment, the House of Representatives would move to impeach President Trump for a second time.

Reports surfaced in multiple outlets that Pence was frustrated with the President over President Trump’s anger that Pence did not reject certain states’ electors at a joint session of Congress that was ultimately interrupted by the riot.

But Pence did not break with the President and fired off a letter to Pelosi announcing he would not invoke the 25th Amendment.

“I do not believe such a course of action is in the best interest of our Nation or consistent with the Constitution,” Pence declared.

But Pence did take a dig at President Trump and claimed he did not bend to pressure to abandon what Pence said was his Constitutional duty to count the Electoral College votes.

“Last week, I did not yield to pressure to exert beyond my constitutional authority to determine the outcome of the election, and I will not now yield to efforts in the House of Representatives to play political games at a time so serious in the life of our nation,” Vice President Pence added.

Pence then told Pelosi and the Democrats that they should avoid impeachment because it would just further cause divisions in the country.

“I urge you and every member of Congress to avoid actions that would further divide and inflame passions of the moment,” Vice President Pence added. “Work with us to lower the temperature and unite our country as we prepare to inaugurate President-elect Joe Biden as the next President of the United States. I pledge to you that I will continue to do my part to work in good faith with the incoming administration to ensure an orderly transition of power. So help me God.”
