Mike Pence told his daughter something about Donald Trump that you will not believe

Mike Pence is not happy with Donald Trump and the former Vice President wants everyone to know it.

Pence is laying the groundwork to challenge Trump in the 2024 GOP Primary.

And now Mike Pence told his daughter something about Donald Trump that you will not believe.

In an interview with ABC’s David Muir, Pence attacked Trump from his comments on January 6 by saying he “endangered me and my family and everyone at the Capitol building…It was clear he decided to be part of the problem.”

On January 6, Trump tweeted that “Mike Pence didn’t have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution” after he refused to reject the certified results of the Electoral College.

Pence told him the Constitution did not allow the Vice President to do so, but Trump was angry, nonetheless.

In the interview with Muir, Pence said he was with his daughter on January 6 and told her why he thought Trump was wrong in his tweet.

“I turned to my daughter, who was standing nearby, and I said, ‘It doesn’t take courage to break the law. It takes courage to uphold the law,’” Pence stated.

In previous speeches, Pence said he would never see eye to eye with Trump on January 6.

Pence will also never see eye to eye with many Trump supporters about that day as well.

Polls show large numbers of Trump supporters would never back Pence in a Presidential contest.

Many conservatives believe that a Mike Pence 2024 Presidential campaign is a fool’s errand as he stands no chance of winning.

But, ironically, the one person who may benefit most from Pence running for President is Donald Trump.

The larger the field, the more advantageous for Trump because he starts the race with a 30 to 35 percent base of support who will never leave him.

In a multi-candidate field, that could be enough to deliver Trump wins in key early states like Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina.

Candidates who win those critical first nominating contests gather momentum at an accelerating rate heading into Super Tuesday.

Mike Pence thinks he is running for President to stop Donald Trump.

But in the end, Pence could be doing Trump a giant favor.
